HTS
US Open Partner Event
This event was a combined event from HTS and Hopper for their partners. For the last few years it's been on during the US Open and it's become a pretty bougie event where the partners are taken to games and wined and dined. Sounds alright.
Previous years the collateral around the event was done fairly last minute. So for this one they wanted something more custom that would really wow the partners and really compliment the experience they're having. Let's dig in.
ILLUSTRATION
Buns on court
As a first step, I came up with some illustrations that could be used across the entire collateral needed for the event. Seeing as this was positioned as a combined event between both HTS and Hopper, I choose to approach it the same way as the hero illustration — Hopper bunnies on an isometric background.
Below is what I landed on. A close up of the court with bunnies mid-game and an aerial shot of Arthur Ashe Stadium.

I also did a couple of variants of the court scene, one without the bunnies and another with a racquet and ball, for use elsewhere.

It was decided to do one of them in the full HTS style (the stadium) for the more serious partners attending the event, who may not find cute and happy bunnies all that professional. In my opinion, those people have no soul. But I digress.
I only did a few sketches, as I landed on the direction pretty quickly and the PR team was super happy with it all. So happy days.

I had one other idea, which was to do a parody of the Challengers poster, which was out at the time, but with bunnies. I opted not to sketch that up in the end for reasons I cannot remember. It's my one regret in this life.
WELCOME CARDS
Welcome all
These are the designs for the welcome cards, which were handed out to attendees at the beginning of the event. There were two versions — one for regular guests and one for VIPs.
Not that anyone cares, but I didn't get an invite.
MARKETING CARD
Selling points
In addition to the welcome cards, I also did a marketing card that had selling points and general info about HTS.

POSTERS
Match point
One of the last bits were a couple of posters that would be set up at the conference or hotel as wayfinding for the partners.
There were a few other bits and pieces, such as name cards and table numbers, but they're basically all similar to the above.
