HTS
US Open
This event was a combined effort from Hopper and HTS for their partners, hosted at the US Open.
For the last few years, this partner event has been held during the US Open, where partners are taken to games, along with being wined and dined.
In previous years the collateral for the event was done fairly last minute. So for this one, they wanted something more custom and specific to tennis that would really wow the partners, and compliment the experience they're having.

ILLUSTRATION
Buns on court
As a first step, I came up with some illustrations that could be used across all the collateral needed for the event. Seeing as this soiree was positioned as a combined event between both Hopper and HTS, I approached it the same way as the hero illustration on the website — Hopper-styled bunnies on a HTS-styled isometric background.
Below is what I landed on. A close up of a tennis court with bunnies mid-game and an aerial shot of Arthur Ashe Stadium, where the US Open takes place.

I also did a couple of variants of the court scene — one without the bunnies and another with a racquet and ball, for use elsewhere.

It was decided to have the HTS style (the stadium) for the more serious partners attending the event, who may not find cute and happy bunnies all that professional. In my opinion, those people have no soul. But I digress.
I only did a few sketches, as I landed on the direction pretty quickly and the PR team was super happy with it all. So happy days.

I had one other idea, which was to do a parody of the Challengers poster, which was out at the time, but with bunnies. I opted not to sketch that up in the end for reasons I cannot remember. It's my one regret in this life.
WELCOME CARDS
Welcome all
These are the designs for the welcome cards, which were handed out to attendees at the beginning of the event. There were two versions — one for regular guests and one for VIPs.
Not that anyone cares, but I didn't get an invite.
MARKETING CARD
Selling points
In addition to the welcome cards, I also did a marketing card that had selling points and general info about HTS.

POSTERS
Match point
One of the last bits were a couple of posters that would be set up at the conference or hotel as wayfinding for the partners.
There were a few other bits and pieces, such as name cards and table numbers, but they're basically all iterations on the above.
